advertising medium for the posting of information about items advertised for sale. As a result, we have no control over
any items advertised for sale on the site, the accuracy or truth of any advertising listings on the site or the ability of
sellers and buyers to actually enforce or complete a transaction;
- Factory-Replica-Race reserves the right to remove any listing at any time without reason or refund. Any listing containing illegal,
copyrighted or inappropriate information or images will be removed immediately at the cost of the user;
- Users warrant that all information they provide on the site is accurate, does not breach any law or the rights of any person.
- Factory-Replica-Race gives no guarantee of continued availability of any particular motor vehicle or part advertised on this site.
- Factory-Replica-Race will not be liable for any loss or damages (including direct, indirect, consequential, incidental and exemplary);
- if this site is unavailable to Users (by virtue of interruption, suspension or termination) for any reason, including due to computer or
communications link downtime attributable to malfunction, upgrades or preventative or remedial maintenance activities;
- if there is any deficiency or inaccuracy in the site attributable to a lack of maintenance of the site;
- in relation to a notice or advertisement not appearing according to instructions; or
- in relation to the supply of services on or in relation to this site.
- Users shall indemnify Factory-Replica-Race in relation to defamation, liable, slander of title, infringement of copyright, infringement
of trademarks or names of publication titles, unfair competition, breach of Trade Practices or Fair Trading legislation, breach of motor
dealer legislation, violations of rights of privacy, confidential information, licences, loyalty rights or other intellectual property rights.

- All fees charged on this site are GST inclusive.

Factory-Replica-Race means Rogers Trailers Pty. Ltd T/as Factory-Replica-Race.
- Users means users of the web site and, where appropriate, advertisers on the web site.
Modern Muscle means all factory built V8 and performance models with compliance plates indicating above.
Replica Muscle means all non factory built performance vehicles re-built to factory standard. All modifications to be approved.
Race Cars means all vehicles built specifically for racing
Classic Muscle means all performance vehicles manufactured in the United States
- Rare Parts means parts no longer available through the original manufacturer or supplier
